Doha Calf is a men's loafer in smooth black calfskin, debuting in Moreschi's Fall/Winter 2026 collection. It has a clean, balanced silhouette, built to move as easily from downtime into business casual.

On the tongue, the signature notch (the "wolf's mouth" opening) is finished at the sides with tonal hand-stitching, a handcrafted touch that breaks up the clean lines with restraint; the understated Moreschi logo completes the model's signature. The slip-on structure is finished with a hidden side elastic gore that moves with the foot through the day. The lining is fully in calfskin, adding softness while keeping the loafer's characteristic structure; Blake construction, light and flexible, keeps it comfortable even over a long day.

The black rubber sole, with a tread pattern of repeated "scarpino" logos in miniature, grips well on city surfaces and stays sure-footed on wet ground, while its tonal color keeps the sole visually understated.

Doha Calf opens up a wide range of looks. It pairs well with chinos, refined denim and wool trousers off duty, and with every piece in a business-casual wardrobe. The Bradford Calf belt shares the same tone as the model.

The city's name traces back to the Arabic "ad-dawha," meaning tree: an origin story that runs from a pearl-fishing village to one of the Gulf's most prominent metropolises in under a century. Doha Calf carries the same quiet approach to transformation, reworking Moreschi tradition for today.

Calf is a refined and durable leather that retains its luster and elegance when properly maintained. Clean the shoes regularly with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt.

Apply a high-quality neutral wax to nourish the leather and enhance its shine, using circular, even motions. After a few minutes, polish with a clean cloth for a flawless finish. For a deeper tone, a lightly pigmented wax in the same color as the leather may be used.

Store in a dry, ventilated space, away from direct light. Use wooden shoe trees to help preserve the shape.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
