Moreschi shoes are traditionally comfortable: we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size

Strasburgo is a men's derby in black buffalo leather. Crafted with Blake construction and a rubber sole, it belongs to the renowed Moreschi Heritage collection.

The natural grain is visible and perceptible to the touch, the surface carries a visual depth that smooth calfskin cannot replicate. The upper structure is solid without rigidity, flexible without yielding. Blake construction ensures constructive precision and durability. The rubber sole provides grip and water resistance — a fundamental quality for a derby intended for daily urban use in all weather conditions, including the most demanding wet days.

Strasburgo pairs with wool trousers, business suits and smart casual outfits.

Strasburgo takes its name from the Alsatian city on the Rhine — European in identity, precise in execution, capable of holding different traditions together without mediocre compromise. A derby that carries the same capacity for synthesis.

For those who appreciate buffalo's natural grain, the Moreschi range includes the Edimburgo men's Oxford and the Bruxelles loafer.

Care

Buffalo leather is valued for its pronounced grain and natural durability. To preserve its authentic appearance and softness, clean the shoes regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a fine-bristled brush.

When needed, apply a small amount of high-quality neutral wax to nourish the leather and protect it from external agents. Spread the product gently without applying too much pressure to avoid altering the grain.

Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or humidity. Store in a dry place with wooden shoe trees to maintain shape and promote natural breathability.

For more thorough care, consult a skilled shoemaker.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
