Moreschi shoes are traditionally comfortable: we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size

Orlando Deer is a men's four-eyelet Derby in soft pebbled deerskin built for the coldest months. It's available in black and dark brown within the Moreschi F/W 2026 collection.

The upper draws out deerskin's natural grain — a leather prized for its softness and elasticity — and carries a discreet hot-stamped Moreschi logo. The apron toe and clean lines give the shoe a relaxed yet precise profile, finished with in color cotton laces that keep the design light.

Lined in soft grey wool for warmth without sacrificing breathability, Orlando Deer is built on traditional Blake construction for a light, natural fit. The Extralight rubber sole balances cushioning and stability, holding its footing well in typical autumn and winter conditions.

Orlando Deer pairs with business-casual tailoring, wool trousers, premium denim and winter outerwear. It finds a direct match in the Palma Grain belt — which offers the same restraint. Within the Moreschi Derby range, this shoe is an alternative to the grained calfskin of Coblenza Grain and Stoccarda Calf.

Orlando is a Florida city that grew from citrus groves into a global capital of entertainment — a place built on reinvention, yet never losing its sense of proportion. A quality that carries through in the understated softness of this deerskin Derby.

Care

Naturally soft and elastic, deer requires regular, delicate care to maintain its unique characteristics. Gently clean the shoes with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and surface residue.

To nourish the leather without affecting the grain, occasionally apply a small amount of high-quality neutral wax, distributing it gently and evenly. Avoid harsh or overly rich products that could weigh down the material.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, using wooden shoe trees to maintain shape.

For more advanced treatments, consult an expert cobbler.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
