Moreschi shoes are traditionally comfortable: we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size

Eze Deer Unlined is a men's double monk shoe in unlined deerskin, offered in black and dark brown. Part of the Moreschi Heritage collection, it brings a natural softness to the double monk silhouette — moderating its formal weight without changing its essential character.

Deerskin is a material with a full, enveloping texture that delivers an immediate and comfortable fit. The unlined construction keeps the shoe breathable and well-suited to extended wear, particularly in milder seasons. Blake construction joins upper, insole and sole with artisanal precision, delivering flexibility, stability and long-term durability. The leather sole completes the shoe with a clean, composed profile.

The double buckle — the defining feature of this silhouette — reads with restraint in the deerskin version, where the material does more of the talking than the hardware. The result is a shoe that moves naturally between business settings and structured casual: it pairs equally well with lightweight wool suits, chino trousers or considered denim.

Those who prefer a suede version of the same model can explore Eze Suede Unlined.

Eze takes its name from Èze, the hilltop village on the French Riviera — synonymous with discretion, proportion and an understated sense of refinement. An attitude that fits this shoe precisely.

Care

Naturally soft and elastic, deer requires regular, delicate care to maintain its unique characteristics. Gently clean the shoes with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and surface residue.

To nourish the leather without affecting the grain, occasionally apply a small amount of high-quality neutral wax, distributing it gently and evenly. Avoid harsh or overly rich products that could weigh down the material.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, using wooden shoe trees to maintain shape.

For more advanced treatments, consult an expert cobbler.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
