Moreschi shoes are traditionally comfortable: we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size

Edmond Deer is a men's slip-on shoe in soft deerskin, prized for its natural stretch and pleasant hand-feel. The model is available in black, dark blue and dark brown within the Moreschi's Fall/Winter 2026 collection.

On the upper, a strap in deerskin holds the iconic Moreschi "scarpino" logo in silver-tone metal, a quiet detail that signs the model. The shoe is fully lined in calfskin and built with Blake construction, chosen to work with the natural give of the upper. The removable footbed rounds out the internal structure and keeps the fit comfortable even over a long day.

The practical rubber sole, in an extra-flexible compound with a sloped heel comes here in a smoky grey tone, more understated than the classic cream rubber, for a more urban attitude.

The rubber sole's versatility carries it through every season, from weekend wear to business casual, paired with chinos, refined denim or wool trousers. To complete the look, the Palma Grain belt shares its material register with Edmond Deer.

Edmond takes its name from the Oklahoma city that started life as a railroad water and coal stop: it was chosen because it sat on the highest point in the county, so trains could roll on downhill without effort. A place built, from the start, to make movement easier — the same idea behind the shoe that carries its name.

Edmond Deer is one of the slip-on models that launch Moreschi's 2026 Luxury Walk collection, inspired by urban style and city living.

Care

Naturally soft and elastic, deer requires regular, delicate care to maintain its unique characteristics. Gently clean the shoes with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and surface residue.

To nourish the leather without affecting the grain, occasionally apply a small amount of high-quality neutral wax, distributing it gently and evenly. Avoid harsh or overly rich products that could weigh down the material.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, using wooden shoe trees to maintain shape.

For more advanced treatments, consult an expert cobbler.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
