Moreschi shoes are traditionally comfortable: we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size

Cadice Nappa is a men's slip-on loafer in black nappa leather, crafted with near-invisible thread stitching in the Italian artisanal tradition and finished with a leather sole. It stands out for an immediate sensory quality only found in other models of our Heritage collection. Its smooth, silky nappa delivers a fit that settles quickly, with a softness few other leathers can match.

Nappa — goatskin with a fine surface and an exceptionally soft hand — gives the upper a lightness and fluidity that traditional calfskin does not possess in the same measure. The near-invisible stitching, executed with skill by Italian artisans, keeps the surface clean and continuous, with no visual interruptions. The leather sole places Cadice in the formal register, balancing the silky nature of the material with a recognisable quality profile. The lateral metal logo adds the only identifying accent — discreet and consistent with the rest.

Cadice pairs with lightweight suits, tailored trousers, chino and quality business outfits. Its material versatility — neither too formal nor too casual — makes it suited to a wide spectrum of contexts.

Cadice is the ancient Phoenician city on the Andalusian Atlantic — a place of openness, exchange and an elegance that never hardened into a single form. The right name for a loafer that adapts without effort.

Those looking for a nappa loafer with a rubber sole for more relaxed use can explore the styles in our Loafers section.

Care

Nappa leather is prized for its silky touch and refined softness. To maintain its delicate finish and uniform appearance, clean the shoes with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding brushes or abrasive products.

Use a neutral wax specifically formulated for smooth, soft leathers, applied in small amounts with light pressure to nourish the leather without altering its silky surface.

Avoid exposure to intense light or heat. Store the shoes in a cool, dry place with wooden shoe trees to retain their structure.

For deeper maintenance, consult a professional shoemaker, ideally one experienced in delicate leathers.

Blake construction

The Blake construction is used for shoes with leather or rubber soles and ensures a secure bond between the upper, midsole, and outsole. After an initial phase of gluing and pressing, the sole is further reinforced with a single stitch made using a specialized Blake machine, which fastens the bottom of the shoe directly to the upper.

The result is a solid yet flexible shoe, ideal for refined everyday wear.
