Glam Srl, owner of the luxury footwear label Superglamourous, together with Imerman Family Office — led by international entrepreneur Vivian Imerman — announces the acquisition of the storied Italian brand Moreschi.

This milestone marks a new chapter for Moreschi, founded in Vigevano in 1946 by Mario Moreschi and internationally celebrated as a symbol of artisanal excellence and the elegance of Made in Italy.

Following a transition phase, the new ownership plans to relaunch the brand, building on over seventy years of Italian sophistication and craftsmanship. These qualities have made Moreschi synonymous with refined luxury, premium materials, and timeless design.

Moreschi’s heritage in Italian footwear is unparalleled. We aim to carry this legacy forward, evolving the brand through conscious innovation while staying true to its founding values: craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless design. This acquisition reflects our commitment to preserving Italian savoir-faire while adapting it to the contemporary luxury landscape. Partnering with Superglamourous will allow us to merge its digital expertise with Moreschi’s renowned craftsmanship to offer a distinctive market proposition,” says Bianca Ladow, Director of Imerman Family Office, Glam Srl, and Moreschi.

Moreschi is a pillar of Italian craftsmanship. This is more than a relaunch — it’s a long-term vision that honors tradition while embracing change. By combining Moreschi’s heritage with Glam’s strategic agility, we are laying the foundations for sustainable growth and a stronger international presence,” adds Andrea Usuelli, co‑founder of Glam Srl and head of business development.

The acquisition covers the Moreschi brand, related intellectual property, and existing machinery and materials. Production will continue through a network of highly skilled artisanal workshops in Italy, ensuring both quality and continuity.

This joint acquisition follows the Imerman Family Office’s investment in Glam Srl announced last November, aimed at developing the Superglamourous business and creating strategic synergies.

The new ownership intends to reaffirm Moreschi’s position as a benchmark in contemporary luxury, injecting new energy through digital innovation, creative vision, and entrepreneurial agility.

Moreschi embodies timeless elegance — understated yet deeply expressive. This is an extraordinary opportunity to reinterpret its language for a new generation, working with materials, proportions, and style while respecting the brand’s DNA,” comments Riccardo Libertino, co‑founder of Glam Srl and head of design.

Moreschi and Superglamourous will share infrastructure and strategic resources, particularly in digital innovation, customer experience, and international expansion. Moreschi’s established B2B network will complement Superglamourous’ direct‑to‑consumer model, while new investments will focus on product development, brand storytelling, and omnichannel distribution.

Moreschi, Italian craftmanship

As part of this integrated strategy, both brands’ collections will be showcased in the Moreschi showroom on Via Manzoni in Milan. Plans for a new Moreschi showroom on Mount Street in London — where Superglamourous already has a space — are in advanced stages.

The Moreschi flagship on Via Manzoni and Superglamourous store on Corso Venezia will both be elevated through a refined direct‑to‑consumer approach.
